What is now known as WBC Mechanical, Inc. was founded in 1945 by Roger M. Moore under the name of the Moore Engineering Company. Prior to being incorporated as WBC Mechanical, Inc. in 1987 it operated for many years as the Waterloo Boiler Company. During this time the primary scope of services was the installation and repair of commercial and industrial boilers.

During the late 1990’s the scope of services was broadened to include: HVAC, refrigeration, the installation and repair of power & processing equipment and piping. It was during this time the company’s name was changed from Waterloo Boiler Company, Inc. to WBC Mechanical, Inc. to more accurately represent the services we offer.
