The centerpiece of WBC Mechanical’s Safety Program is Employee Training. Bi-weekly employee safety training meetings are held, keeping employees abreast of OSHA1910, OSHA1926, and DOT requirements. In addition, WBC Mechanical works closely with customers to ensure that all employees are in compliance with individual site requirements.

Work site safety audits are conducted and equipment is regularly maintained and inspected to ensure that it is in safe operating condition.
All training, work site audits, and equipment inspections, are documented and saved electronically.
It is the operating principle of WBC Mechanical that all workplace injuries can be prevented by focused planning, preparation, and execution.
